We all know that from time to time our favourite apps have a mini-meltdown. Despite our best efforts, CHOICE isn’t immune from the odd misfire.

If you ever find your CHOICE app playing up we want to hear about it so we can find a fix and stop that particular problem happening again.

Price needle problem – 21 April 2016

Over the weekend we had an issue with our mobile app server, which means that anyone who downloaded our app between lunchtime Friday 15 April and the morning of Wednesday 20 April is likely to be having issues loading the price needle.

To get the needle back up and running again you’ll need to reinstall the app – it’s a pain, we know! Sorry!

If you’ve already had the app for a while but you’re having the same problem, then re-installing the app should fix it for you too. If you’re an Android user and you’re able to clear your cache then give that a go before re-installing for the best chance of success.
