Spring Savings Guarantee 2016 –  Terms and Conditions
  1. These terms govern the Flick Energy Limited (“Flick”) Spring Savings Guarantee Promotion from 1 September 2016 to 30 November 2016 (‘the Spring Savings Guarantee promotion”).
  2. These Spring Savings Guarantee promotion terms apply in addition to the standard Flick Terms and Conditions.
  3. All customers who apply to join Flick from 1 September 2016 to 31 October 2016 and who have successfully completed switching (including passing any necessary credit checks) by 15 November 2016 will automatically be included in the Spring Savings Guarantee promotion.
  4. From the date the customer switches to Flick until 30 November 2016 (‘the Guaranteed Period”) Flick guarantee that customers will save.
  5. Savings for the Guaranteed Period will be based on comparing a customer’s Flick plan to their previous retailer’s standard comparable published plan, for their network & metering set up, at the time they joined Flick (taking account of things like whether the customer is a standard or low user, whether they have uncontrolled power, or controlled hot water etc). Flick include their previous retailer’s prompt payment discount in the calculations, but do not include any potential alternative plans, discounts which are additional to a customer’s old plan such as dual fuel, e-bills or extra direct debit discounts. If a customer is moving into a new property, or were with Powershop, Globug, Electric Kiwi, or any spot-based, prepay or peer-to-peer retailer Flick will compare a customer’s total spend with Flick against the biggest retailer in the area.
  6. Flick recommends customers check how much they could save by joining Flick at Consumer Powerswitch.
  7. The Spring Savings Guarantee promotion excludes existing Flick customers.
  8. The Spring Savings Guarantee promotion does not apply if during the Guaranteed Period a customer:
    1. switches away from Flick; or
    2. has been in Flick’s debt process
  9. Any payments will be made in the month following 31 November 2016 (“the Guaranteed Period”).
